1.1.  This written statement represents the policy on the processing of personal data of Mister Workflow a tradename of GHMT Consultancy B.V., registered at the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 62108557.

1.2.  GHMT Consultancy provides different products and services in relation to GHMT Consultancy. Products relate – amongst other products – to GHMT Consultancy. In relation thereto GHMT Consultancy processes personal data. GHMT Consultancy works in close cooperation with other companies and institutions.

1.3. GHMT Consultancy shall process the personal data with care and fulfil its obligations in accordance with the applicable legislation such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the implementation thereof.

3.1.   When using the services and website(s) of GHMT Consultancy, you may enter personal data or otherwise provide GHMT Consultancy with certain personal data. GHMT Consultancy does not always process all data provided. The data that GHMT Consultancy processes depends on the type of services and the functionalities on the website(s) that you use. For example, if you subscribe to the newsletter GHMT Consultancy only processes your e-mail address and your name.

5.1.  GHMT Consultancy processes the personal data for the following purposes (depending in part on the services or functionalities you use):

6.1. When necessary to provide the services ordered by you, GHMT Consultancy provides data to third parties. GHMT Consultancy will use third parties to excellent services. The third parties are Google Analytics and MailChimp.

6.2. In case your data is provided to third parties, GHMT Consultancy ensures that your data is used for no other purpose than the purpose for which GHMT Consultancy has received the data. GHMT Consultancy and the third party shall enter into an agreement, in which the way of processing is described.

6.3. GHMT Consultancy will not provide any personal data to other parties than those referred to above, unless it is legally permitted or required by law. For example when required by Police or Tax and Customs Administration.

7.1. GHMT Consultancy takes appropriate security measures to limit abuse of and unauthorized access to your personal data. For example, GHMT Consultancy will ensure that only those persons have access to your data that need the information to perform its obligations, that access is protected by using fire-walls, that servers are secured and that GHMT Consultancy will enter into data processing agreements with third parties.

Your personal data will be processed by the relevant social media network if you click on those buttons. 11.1. GHMT Consultancy may amend this privacy statement from time to time. Amendments will be published on our website.

12. Your rights: inspection and modification

12.1. You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data. This includes the right to request inspection, rectification, limitation or erasure of your personal data. You may also request your personal data to be transferred to you. After receiving your request you will receive an overview of your personal data being processed within four weeks.

13.1. Should you have any complaints about the processing of your personal data, please provide GHMT Consultancy with your complaint. Under the privacy legislation you also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
